Aspen Therapy Collective

Aspen Graduate Partners

Aspen Therapy Collective serves as an initial home base for many clinicians, who grow to build their own private practices. Below are therapists who have graduated from our team, and have their own local, private practices. We are grateful for their time with us, and honored to share their practice information with you, should you find they are a fit for your needs.

Change can be painful, but you are not crumbling. You are simply building into something different, and just as deserving of love and healing as before. Whatever your process looks like, I aim to create a safe and empowering space where you can untangle your story and practice what you need in your world.

I began my clinical work with children and adolescents at the University of Indianapolis while I earned my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling. I have a child centered play therapy certificate with a neurorelational emphasis. I am passionate about working with those who struggle with low self esteem, social phobia, traumatic experiences, and self-harm. It is a heartwarming experience to witness each client’s progress, whether it is making their first friend at a new school, experience a night’s rest without nightmares, or finding one reason for hope. Before completing my LPCC at Aspen, I provided mental health to children in Colorado schools. I focus on movement, art, and play-based interventions integrated in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and somatic based practices.

I am so glad you are here! I know it can feel daunting to reach out for support, whether for yourself or your child. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, safe, and understood. Together, we can explore challenges, uncover strengths, and take steps toward meaningful growth.

I’m a licensed therapist providing virtual sessions to Colorado residents. I am passionate about helping with life transitions, processing and healing from trauma, managing anxiety and depression, addressing OCD, and navigating ADHD. One of my top priorities as a therapist is creating a genuine sense of safety for everyone who joins a session with me. When we feel safe, we can explore even the most challenging parts of our lives. My goal is to offer the warmth and care that allows for growth.

I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Kentucky with a clinical certificate. I’ve completed training in exposure therapies for OCD, trauma-focused CBT, and have a child-centered play therapy certificate with a neurorelational emphasis. I enjoy incorporating a variety of interventions into my work and always keep my approach person-centered and relational to meet each person's unique needs. I am passionate about people and justice, and I love my work as a therapist. I wholeheartedly believe in the value of therapy and the power of caring, supportive spaces.
