My intention is to provide you with a safe place and guidance to navigate life challenges, heal from emotional pain, grow, and explore and accept your authentic self.
My clinical training began at the University of Wyoming where I earned my Master in Social Work. I have since received specialized training in trauma informed clinical practice, co-occurring mental health and developmental disabilities, and I am a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist. My background includes work with children, adolescents, adults, and families in several outpatient settings. I approach therapy from a strengths perspective and will help you foster confidence, attune to yourself, and gain skills to manage your own struggles in the future.
I grew up in Wisconsin (yes, I’m a Cheesehead), and fell in love with the wide open spaces of Colorado. When I’m not working, you will find me enjoying time with my family, camping, and reading about far away worlds.

I am a Clinical Social Work Candidate after receiving my Masters in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings and with a variety of challenges. I believe in utilizing a person-centered approach that highlights strengths and encourages my clients to move towards positive change.
My free time is spent exploring this beautiful state with my husband and pup, cozying up with a good book, or hosting out of town family and friends. I grew up in small town Indiana but have loved making Colorado home.
